Check-in/Check-out:
Our check in window is: 3:00pm-7:00pm.
Departure time on the final day is 11:00am.
Cancellation/Deposit:
A $120 deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is applied toward your total room rate
Please note that if you choose to cancel your booking at any time after 48 hours of the booking time, the $120 will be retained as a non-refundable deposit fee.
The remaining balance of your room rate is due upon arrival.
Pets:
Sorry but we do not permit guest’s pets at Lightwater Cove.
Registered service dogs may be accommodated with prior notice.
Smoking:
For the well being and comfort of all guests, Lightwater Cove maintains a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
A $300 cleaning fee will be automatically charged to guests for any evidence of smoking in guest rooms.
Transportation:
To make the most of your stay, we strongly recommend that guests arrive with their own vehicle or arrange for a rental car. Our Estate does not serve dinner, and many nearby restaurants and island attractions are accessible only by car. Having your own transportation ensures comfort, convenience, and access to everything Salt Spring Island has to offer.
Late Arrival:
If you plan to arrive later that 7pm, please contact us in advance at info@lightwatercove.ca to let us know your estimated time of arrival.
Please note that as a small boutique retreat, we cannot accommodate any check ins later than 9pm.
