Rejuvenating Spa Experiences

To book a treatment, fill in the request a treatment form here, letting us know which treatment(s) you would like and your preferred date and time. We will get back to you within 24 hours with confirmation of your appointment.

Please note that our Spa is available only to registered guests at Lightwater Cove. We recommend reserving your treatments in advance to ensure availability.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your spa experience at least two weeks in advance.

Please come to the Reception Desk, located just beside the front entrance to Lightwater Guesthouse. You are welcome to have a seat on one of the couches while waiting for your therapist to arrive.  

We encourage you to come up to 10 minutes early for your appointment, in order to give yourself a little extra time to settle and relax before going into the treatment. 

Overnight guests at Lightwater Cove are welcome to arrive at their appointment in their regular clothing or wearing one of the robes provided in your room. We will provide you with a robe, spa slippers, and a pool towel if needed. 

Payment for spa treatments is collected just after your session.  If you have booked Mineral Pools sessions, payment is required in advance of your session, either online or at the time of your room check-in.

We request 48 hours notice for all cancellations.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know by email at spa@lightwatercove.ca.  

We can accept group bookings for a maximum of 4 people, if we receive enough advance notice, so please make sure to book your group in as early as possible. 

Yes, you need to be at least 16 years of age to receive a treatment or to access the Thermal Mineral Pools area.

Spa access is offered exclusively for registered overnight guests and is not available for day visitors.

While you are enjoying your time in any of the shared Natural Wellness Spa areas including the sitting area and couches, please keep your voices at a respectably low level, being mindful that there are treatment rooms nearby.

Please refrain from speaking out loud on your cell phone in any of the Natural Wellness Spa and Thermal Mineral Pools areas. 

As an adult oriented sanctuary, spa treatments and Thermal Mineral Pools Immersion access are only available for those 16 years and older.
